Zumba at Dewan Taman Mesra

After a long absence, I attended Zumba again this morning at Taman Mesra Community Hall.  Alhamdullillah.

Aerobic at Kompleks Belia Paroi

I have missed Zumba classes at Sg Sekamat and also BTHO the last one week. So when Sofiyah left for camp at Morib I returned to my parents' abode in Seremban.

I contacted my cousin whether there are Zumba classes in Seremban and she told me Zumba no....but aerobics yes. The aerobic class at Kompleks Belia Paroi starts at 5.45pm.

When I reached the venue it was already 5.30pm. So I did my solat asar at the Surau within the complex....changed into my excercise gear and jog to the outdoor stage area where the aerobic class was held.

There were three awesome lady coaches who taught us one after the other.  I thoroughly enjoyed myself.  There were joget numbers too. Wow.....

Done Aerobic and I took few pictures with the coaches and other participants.    When I finally reached my parents' abode it was almost Maghrib.

Friday Zumba At BTHO

Hubby left early for work this morning, so I have to send Sofiyah to school.  I was contemplating whether to attend Zumba class at BTHO this morning. Colour theme....Yellow. 

True to what Hanim of MAKNA told me about absenting from Zumba classes almost two weeks....I may have to force myself to attend.  Hehehe.....so true Hanim....so so true.

Oh well....did my chores and then it was already 8.25am.  Ermmmm.....still got time lah.....so I put on my Zumba gear and off I drove to BTHO Community Hall.

While driving along Cheras Highway at 120Kmh I noticed a car flash flash on the opposite lane.....so....slow down lah....

Well well....got traffic policeman under the flyover lah....speed trap!

Senamrobik at Dataran Senawang

Did Senamrobik at Dataran Senawang with cousin Sopiah Yasmin.  There were three coaches.....Abang Lan, Bro Burn and a young lady (forgot to ask her name).

Wednesday Zumba......Colour Yellow

I was so busy yesterday that I forgot to post these awesome group photos.  These Zumba ladies were ever so sporting and funny.

Tuesday Zumba @BTHO

Every Tuesday from 8.30 to 9.30am, the Zumba ladies at Dewan Komuniti BTHO has body toning classes and I enjoyed every minute, especially the floor exercises. 

Fortunately I was already practicing planking so no problem for me to keep up with these experienced ladies. Alhamdullilah.

Sunday Zumba.....Colour Purple

I was late again this morning, so I had to park Mercs a hundred metres from the community hall.  Then I was undecided whether to bring along the water cooler or wait until after Zumba workout. Decision...decision.....ok leave the water cooler for now.

Then after Zumba, there was the meeting plus pot-luck for all members.  I was a bit heavy to attend the meeting but then when our Chief persuaded me to join too.....I went and got the water cooler from Mercs.  Drove Mercs and parked closer to the hall since the Farmers Market had closed.  I then bought Teh Tarik from the Roti Canai stall nearby.  Twenty large glasses filled the water cooler.  Alhamdullillah.

When I reached the hall, I left the Teh Tarik on the buffet table.  Wow....so many dishes to tuck in. Yum yum.  The meeting just started too so I sat on the floor with the other Zumba lovers.

Suddenly my phone rang...silent mode but with vibration.  It was Badruzzaman.  He informed me that Maisara had slight bleeding this morning.  Maisara is now two months pregnant.  So I told Bard to take Maisara to KPJ asap.

I then excused myself from the meeting and rushed home.  I then showered and rushed to KPJ and waited for Bard and Maisara.

After seeing the doctor and an ultrasound done, Alhamdullillah, their baby is fine.  Bard will bring Maisara to see Dr Rasliza tomorrow morning, In shaa Allah.

When I asked Maisara what she would like for lunch, she mentioned Sardine.  So I cooked Sambal Sardine for her.  I don't want my coming cucu to drool just because unable to eat sambal sardine. 😊

Sunday Zumba

Slept after solat fajr and reciting the Noble Quran this morning.  Then jumped out of bed and got ready for Zumba class. I was five minutes late. 

Had to park Mercs a hundred metres from the venue because of the morning market along the road.  Never mind lah....at least I could warm up on my way to the hall.

Masyallah.....when I entered the hall it was packed with Zumba ladies.  When I signed the attendance book I was number 99.  Last count was 120 awesome Zumba ladies.  But then when photo was taken some already left for home.

Tomorrow's Zumba workout will be with Zin Nor,  In shaa Allah.

I missed Tafsir and Tahsin Classes at UIA today. So sad......

After hubby left for our farm Sofiyah and I went to have our haircut at a Muslimah Hair Salon at Bangi Getway.  The salon is above Teh Tarik Cafe. 

After our haircut we went to Jaya Grocer for our grocery shopping within Bangi Getway.  I was impressed to see most of its vegetables and fruits were utterly fresh.  Parking at Bangi Getway is foc. Thumbs up.

From Bangi Getway we could see Badruzzaman's apartment and Sofiyah called him to have lunch with us.  We then met Bard at Restaurant Rahsia which serves Johorean dishes.  Thumbs up again.  Sofiyah ordered plain rice with vege tomyam and omelette. I had kacang pool. Yum yum. Bard already had his lunch with Maisara.

Then we went to Bard's apartment where he served us chilled fresh juices and sliced qpples. Maisara was having her nap since she still has her morning sickness. Poor Sara.

We left for home after finishing our drinks.  Thank you Badruzzaman.

Mid Week Zumba

For Zumba-ing today I was twenty minutes late..... so I did only forty minutes Zumba and.....quite enough for me because there were three Zin today and they were fantastic!!

Unable to join tomorrow.....have to attend Kelas Tafsir at UIA Gombak In shaa Allah.

Mid Week Zumba

Body still hurts....so not joining tomorrow......huhuhu....

No Zumba only Tabata

I brought along the exercise mat for Tabata workout this morning at Dewan Sg Sekamat.  Ten sets of Tabata workout of four minutes per set equals forty minutes.  Killing me softly......but I survived.....hahahaha....and am loving it too.....

I decided to join first time today at Dewan Orang Ramai BTHO for Zumba Workout.  I met a few of Zumba lovers from Sg Sekamat too. Yeyy.....I was not alone.....hehehe...
