Selangor International Ride Cyberjaya
Did not finished the ride. Fell off my bike at 67.50Km. My first accident since I joined cycling events.
Fractured my right arm. Half my face swollen. Bruises and cuts on my left hand and right knee.
Thank you @ivyhon for being with me in the ambulance from the accident scene to the event's medical tent. Thank you @christina_kok for bringing my lunch and making sure I was alright at the medical tent.
Thank you to the female paramedic in the ambulance and the other paramedics in the medical tent. Thank you for attending to me.
Thank you to my daughters @yieeshaa and Sofiyah sending me to the hospital for further treatment.
