When I first ate this dish I love it so much that I must try and cook it myself.
So when I came across it again at a restaurant in Sungei Besar, the owner gave me her recipe but I modified it when I did the cooking.
Pria katak.....slice thinly
Onions....blend
Cili api....blend
Tumeric...blend
Plain flour
Corn flour
Plenty of curry leaves
Salt
Mix everything together
Deep fry in very hot oil.
Eat with rice. No other dishes required. 😁😁😁
