Ramadan - Day Twenty Three

Since hubby could not attend the iftar and personal donation event at Surau Rumah Rakyat Pedas, our son Khairulzaman would represent hubby.  

So after solat Jumaat Wahid, Sofiyah and I drove to Pedas.  Khairul drove his own car.

We went to Rumah Liza first to deliver thirty buckets of fresh Tempoyak bought from brother Burn aka Abang Bakar.  We had to store it in the freezer at Rumah Liza since the freezer at home was nearing full capacity.

Then we went to Lizloteng (our penthouse at our Bangunan Haji Budin). We solat Asar there and waited for 6.15pm for the event at the surau which was just next door.

After the tahlil and doa selamat, Khairulzaman then gave the donations on hubby's behalf to the needy gentlemen whilst I gave to the ladies selected by the surau committee members.  Alhamdullillah.

Then after iftar we solat Maghrib, tazkirah Ramadan, solat Eshaq followed by Teraweeh and witir.  Alhamdullillah.

We then drove home but then since we were all feeling hungry, we had supper at this restaurant Laman Santai at TTDI Grove.  In shaa Allah this restaurant will be our new pot for family makan-makan on weekends.
