Cornflake Coconut Candy Cookies

INGREDIENTS
(A)
250gm butter
220gm fine granulated sugar
220gm brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
180gm self-raising flour, sifted
1 tsp corn flour
150gm dessicated coconut
250gm cornflakes
100ml evaporated milk
150gm chocolate chips


METHOD
1.  Cream butter, fine granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy
2.  Add in egg and vanilla essence.  Beat until smooth
3.  Add in the rest of the ingredients.  Beat until dough forms.
4.  Take about 15gm of the dough to roll into a ball and flatten it slightly
5.  Bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
