Here are a few very simple recipes for that lazzzzy moments not to cook...
Ingredients:
1 bowl cooked rice
2 pcs small onion )
1 clove garlic ) Blended
5 pcs dried chillies )
2 tbsp dried prawn, blend/pound
100gm spinach
1 inch belacan (prawn paste)
3 tbsp cooking oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1) Fry all ingredients except the spinach, until fragrant
2) Add in salt and cooked rice
3) Mixed well
4) Then add in spinach which has been cut
5) Mixed thoroughly and ready to serve
