Hajj Rituals - Arafah, Mudzalifah, Mina

Arafah: Our coach left Mecca at 8am and arrived Arafah an hour later. Our Camp 112 located on top of a hill. So we found a spot on the vast hillside opposite our camp during Asr to do our zikr and duas until sunset. Alhamdullillah.

Muzdalifah: We left Arafah after Maghrib for Muzdalifah. Traffic was heavy. Our coach was diverted from the main route by the traffic patrol and we found ourselves stranded among the thousands of pilgrims beside the highway. There was a huge drain separating us from the highway to Mina. Hubby and I got off the coach and set foot on Muzdalifah soil. We laid our prayer mats for us to sit on, near the coach, facing the highway.

We collected 70 pebbles each for stoning the Jamrat at Mina. Hubby also helped collect pebbles and put it in the empty bottles scattered everywhere and threw it across the huge drain for some of the pilgrims who signalled to hubby to help collect the pebbles too.

We were at Muzdalifah until 2am Friday 1 September. Alhamdullillah we managed to leave Muzdalifah after the other pilgrims'coaches behind us reversed and left the area. Kudos to our Indonesian driver who professionally reversed our coach to the main  highway too.

We did not drive to Mina instead we returned to Mecca to do our Tawaf Ifadah and Saie Hajj. (Note: Hubby not wearing his Ihram top, see pic below, because I use it as a pillow when I wanted to sleep. 😁😁😁)
Hubby managed to solat Eid Adha at Masjidil Haram whilst I did mine in our hotel room. 😔
Then when hubby returned from the Masjid we got ready to do our Tawaf Ifadah and Saie Hajj. We left our hotel at 8am and completed both Tawaf Ifadah and Saie Hajj at 10.30am. We also completed our Tahallul Awal. Alhamdullillah.

I was born 10th Zulhijjah 1377. So I am 61 years old today. 😁 Alhamdullillah.

Mina: We left for Mina after solat Asr 10th Zulhijjah. We arrived Mina about an hour later. But our coach was not allowed to drive straight to our camp 211 in Mina.

So we had to walk about a kilometre to our camp. Since we have to pass through the Jamrat to reach our camp, we did our stoning of the Jamratul Aqabah and thus completed Tahallul Thani.

We did Nafar Awal after stoning all the three Jamrat on 11th (8pm) and 12th Zulhijjah (5.30am) and returned to Mecca after our breakfast 3 September at 7am (12 Zulhijjah). Alhamdullillah.

We will be in Mecca until 13 September where we will fly home In shaa Allah.
Thus we have completed our Hajj journey. Alhamdullillah.

"O Allah...if this is our last Hajj please grant us Hajj Mabrur. If not, please let us do our Hajj again and again O Allah."
