Fried Rice ala Chinese

Ingredients:
1 bowl cooked rice
2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
1 tsp black pepper, pounded
2 eggs
10 pcs fresh prawn
100gm kailan, cleaned and cut
3 tbsp cooking oil
Salt to taste

Method:
1) Fry garlic until fragrant, add in prawns and black pepper
2) Add in salt and mix well.
3) Add in the eggs and mix well
4) Then add in cooked rice and kailan.
5) Mix well for a few minutes
6) Ready to serve
